These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "Member") and Malukutoto (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Malukutoto website located at malukutoto.asia and all associated services, products, games, and promotions offered thereon.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
Malukutoto operates under international online gaming licensing and does not hold a Malaysian domestic gaming licence — no such licensing category exists for online operators in Malaysia. The Platform is intended solely for adults aged 21 years and above. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Access to the Platform and all related services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Malukutoto reserves the right to request identity documents at any time for the purpose of verifying compliance with the above eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds where fraud or misrepresentation is established.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, Malukutoto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits therein.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users must provide their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Malukutoto will require the User to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Malukutoto may request additional documentation at its absolute discretion. KYC verification is a regulatory obligation under our international licence and cannot be waived.
All accounts on the Platform operate exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via foreign currency payment methods will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Malukutoto accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
The User is solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, including username and password. The following obligations apply to all Users:
Malukutoto accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. All transactions executed under a User's login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by that User.
Malukutoto accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All deposits are credited to accounts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. Malukutoto is not responsible for price fluctuations between the time of initiating and confirming a cryptocurrency transaction.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the User is not the primary account holder, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited. Malukutoto reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.
Where a deposit fails to credit to your Malukutoto account, you must contact customer support with your transaction reference number. Malukutoto will investigate and resolve confirmed pending deposits within three (3) business days. Malukutoto is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
Malukutoto aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours (10:00 AM to 2:00 AM MYT daily). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the commencement of the next operating period. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Malukutoto will not process any withdrawal until the User's identity has been satisfactorily verified in accordance with Section 4.3 of these Terms.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method and account used for the initial deposit. Where this is not possible (e.g., in the case of cryptocurrency where the exact wallet address is no longer accessible), Malukutoto will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an alternative method subject to additional verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the User's account dashboard. Gold VIP members benefit from higher withdrawal limits. Malukutoto reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for withdrawal amounts exceeding MYR 10,000 per transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers provided by Malukutoto are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount (or, in certain promotions, on the combined deposit plus bonus amount) and must be completed within the promotional validity period. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated explicitly on the promotion detail page.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and video poker typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page and in the Platform's wagering terms reference document.
Malukutoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; wagering on opposite outcomes to guarantee completion of wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using automated software to exploit promotional structures.
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available on qualifying deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC. The bonus is capped at MYR 688 per deposit transaction. The bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. This bonus is available to all verified members aged 21 and above.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Malukutoto. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or cap any wager at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed without a confirmation reference are not valid.
Where odds or game outcomes are posted erroneously as a result of a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest human error, Malukutoto reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the User's account. This right applies whether or not the bet has already been settled. A "manifest mistake" is defined as a material error that would be recognisable as such to any reasonable bettor.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that event type apply and are documented in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Malukutoto's determination of the applicable settlement rule is final.
All electronic casino games on the Platform are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators. RNG certification is maintained under the requirements of our operating licence. RTP percentages displayed on game information cards are based on independent testing data.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Malukutoto Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of wagers and winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All intellectual property rights in the Malukutoto Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, software, text content, graphics, game interfaces, and compiled data, are the exclusive property of Malukutoto or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property of the Platform.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Malukutoto.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Malukutoto expressly disclaims all liability to the User or any third party for any of the following:
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit Malukutoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Malukutoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other Users.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, Malukutoto reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled wagers, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity pending investigation. Real-money deposits not implicated in any breach may be returned at Malukutoto's discretion following completion of any investigation.
Malukutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Malukutoto will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains the User's responsibility to review the current Terms prior to each session.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure as outlined in Section 14.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Malukutoto's operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact Malukutoto's customer support team in the first instance. Malukutoto will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of Malukutoto's operating licence.
Nothing in this clause prevents a User from seeking relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in their own jurisdiction in respect of matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
